The craftsman Kiril Tomanov creates miniatures made out of wood, bone, stone and silver. He uses traditional technologies typical of the Byzantine culture, which have entered our lands after the conversion of Bulgaria in the 9th century. He is a member of the "Bulgarian iconographic society" since its creation and the "World Organization of Miniaturists" - AMA with headquarters in New York. In 2011 he was awarded by the Royal Society of London for best miniature sculpture. By this he becomes a member of the same company.
