Synergies with the surrounding medieval beauty is complemented by appropriate interior, included in its detail from the medieval era, such as beautiful stained glass, antique fountain. The uniqueness of the restaurant " Ivan Assen" is due to the most distinctive and interesting part of its interior, namely mounted in its first level copies of the columns of the Bulgarian rules Omurtag and Ivan Assen II with inscriptions fully identical with the original located in church St. 40 Martyrs.
